Tales from the Malaysian Jungle
Pugo awoke from his slumber, for how long he has slept he could not tell. He was awoken by the sunlight seeping through the caves. The sunlight brought with it life.
He ventured from his cosy cave in search of the top of the world.
He traveled through thick, through thin, through mosy banks and dense forests.
After many hours, Pugo found a waterfall. This waterfall he thought was special, for it was very tall. Pugo looked as hard as he could, yet could not see the top which was hidden by clowds. It was here that Pugo thought he could find the top of the world. He climbed and he climbed. Adventurly he reached what seemed to be the peak and and he hoped the top.
Once at this spot Pugo ventured further into the bush, something had caught his eye. And there it was. A small hut. Pugo sneaked cautioully towards the hut. He slammed open the door ready for battle, but, it was empty. The hut was completely empty, as if it had been empty for 100 years. Maybe more. On the wall of the hut there was writing, however it was in a language Pugo couldn't understand. He decided this would be a good place to sleep tonight before continuing he journey the next morning.
The next morning Pugo got up before the rising of the sun. It was a cold foggy morning when Pugo set off. He climbed and climbed up the mountain beside the waterfall, hoping that he would reach the top of the world.
After a few hours the sun began to rise. It was refreshing for Pugo for he was already starting to feel warmer. Pugo reached another clearing where he could see how high he was. Hw was indeed very high. From where he stood Pugo thought he could see the whole world. From the valleys of Nippon to the Harsh wastelands of Taozin. But alas, a fierce fog conquerd the land.
Pugo continued to climb. For hours. By what he thought he must be the middle of the day, Pugo began to tire. Was his quest in Vain? "One more step" Pugo kept thinking too himself. Then too his surprise something changed. The world was frightfully bright. He looked up, there was no where left to climb. Pugo's face lit up. He had done it. Pugo was at the top of the waterfall. Untop a waterfall at the top of the world above the clouds.
